Even being carefully about protecting data, sometimes we have to face data damage.

 

The first steps you should do in that case is: 

• Turn off Your computer (don't let to damage more data)
• Don't even try to run scandisk or defragmentator program
• Do not save any data on you drive, because you can rewrite data you have just lost
• ...just try to do nothing with you drive before contact with us...
• Contact us, describe you problem and arrange a hand over you hard disk (or CD/DVD/FDD/flash disk etc.)
• If you are sending us you drive make sure You have packed it safely

When we receive the drive we can start to examine it and contact You (or a person You have pointed) to inform about possibility of recovering you data, the time it will take recovering and the price. After all that You can decide to recover data for the price we offer or not.
